I’m incredibly excited to be a finalist for the ISA pitch competition with my 30-minute pilot, “The Golden Weavers”!!! Here’s the announcement.
Though this is great news, I am excited that the program is going to hold off sending out this info to producers and reps until after the strike. I could not be more in support of the Writer’s Guild strike and as a current SAG-AFTRA and local 399 Teamster location manager, I am well aware of the many benefits of union membership. I hope, for all of us, the writers get what they deserve–and soon! I know whatever the outcome, my future successes will be due to their work right now. Fight on, friends!
